UK and USA
All orders are subject to free delivery inside the UK and USA. Please allow 1 day for handling and 2 days for delivery, although in many cases delivery will be much quicker.
Rest of the World
We can ship to the rest of the world, and charge a per-order freight fee. Please be aware that you may incur extra customs charges when your order arrives in your country, and we are not responsible for import fees or delays.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import procedures and regulations of their respective countries. We cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise when importing goods. Should a customer be unable to receive goods due to customs, we will issue a refund for the goods once they have been received back to us, less freight costs.

Packaging
The capsules are sealed in recyclable glass jars, and orders are packed in recyclable cardboard boxes. We have stopped using wood wool, and are now using ‘Eco-Flo’ packaging. These look a lot like styrofoam but are sustainably made from starch (and smell a bit like popcorn).
