Returns & Refunds

We appreciate that from time to time issues may arise and you need to return your product, and we are more than happy to help you. We do everything we can to make the return process as easy and stress free as possible. We do ask that you contact us as soon as possible for return requests.

Damaged

If your order arrives damaged please let us know by emailing us through the contact page withing 48 hours of delivery. We would also ask that you take a picture of the damage, both to support your claim and help us understand the cause. If the bottle is broken please do not try and recover any capsules as there may be small glass shards amongst them. Once you have taken a suitable picture of the damage, please dispose of the product responsibly.

Returning unwanted goods

If for any reason you want to return an unwanted and unopened product that you have ordered in the last 14 days, you are more than welcome to. Please contact us to arrange this. Once we receive the product back we will refund your order. Please note that in the case of an unwanted product, you will be required to cover the return shipping yourself.

We appreciate that there may be other reasons for wanting to return goods to us. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs and individual circumstances, so please do contact us if you have any other reason for wanting to return your order.
