This year, we made the decision to move away from vegetarian capsules and transition to fish gelatin capsules. We’ve aligned this change with significant on-site improvements, including the installation of our bespoke softgel production machine, which will allow us to manufacture our products entirely in-house.
We are now in the final stages of developing our softgels. As is often the case, the process has taken longer than expected, and our stock levels have become low. Some of our stockists—particularly in the EU and USA—have temporarily run out. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and want to reassure you that we are working hard to complete our softgel set-up while ensuring everything is done properly.
At present, we expect softgel production to be finalised by the last week of September, with stockists beginning to receive products throughout October. That said, we have learned to plan for the unexpected, so these timings may shift slightly. Any updates will be posted promptly on our website.
In the meantime, customers in the UK can still order the remaining stock directly from our website while supplies last.
