ARMORICA – New Packaging Boxes
Over the coming weeks, our 120 Fermented Cod Liver Oil Capsules will be shipped in our new packaging, a picture of which can be seen below.
Aside from looking (and feeling) great, the boxes are made with thicker card, and have an additional card insert. This will offer the bottle much greater protection when shipping, and even with a heavy-handed deliveryman, everything should arrive in great condition and be much more presentable.
Why these changes?
The vast majority of our, and our retailer customers are online, and we’ve had feedback that boxes sometimes arrive crushed/ crumpled by some delivery companies. Although this is usually only cosmetic damage, the rough handling of some companies has resulted in some orders of our Liquid Fermented Cod Liver Oil to leak or break, despite being wrapped in bubble wrap. This isn’t an experience we want our customers to have. So, we have upgraded our packaging to offer greater support and protection to our products. Whilst doing so, we have updated our design, which follows a similar image to our previous, but now features a beautiful Celtic knot wave.
Initially, this packaging change will come out for our 120 Capsule product, but it will eventually roll out across the range.
Which Packaging will I receive with my order?
Distributors have already started receiving orders with our new packaging, however, there will be a transition period where the displayed image may be of the old packaging, but you receive the new packaging, or vice versa. There will undoubtedly be a transition period for the next few weeks. Our own webstore is still stocking the old box design, and we will update images when these run out.
Please be aware that even if you receive old packaging, this doesn’t indicate you have received defective/ old stock, however, if you do have any other questions or concerns, please do send us a message. We would also welcome any feedback on the new packaging!
