Payment terms
Payment for goods must be received before shipping. Once payment has been confirmed your order will be prepared and dispatched in a timely manner. Payment is to be made via either PayPal or Stripe at the website checkout. For security reasons we are unable to take payment over the phone.
Delivery Terms
Once payment has been cleared, we require 1 working day handling time before posting your order. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked services, and should arrive within 2 days of dispatch. You will receive a dispatch notification email when your order has been dispatched. From time to time Royal Mail may experience delays. If it has been more than 3 days after your order was completed please contact us so we can investigate.
Returns/ Refunds
Purchases made online are covered by the Consumer Rights Regulations (formally the Distance Selling Regulations). For more information how to deal with a return, please refer to our return policy page.
Right to cancel
If for any reason you decide you do not want your order, you have the right to cancel. Simply contact us to cancel your order, and we will process a refund for you. Please be aware that you will be unable to cancel your order after your order has been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you will have to return the goods to us before we can process an order. For more information, please refer to our return policy.
